WhatsApp Account Recovery Assistance
Effective: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who processes it, and what your rights are. By using our Service, you agree to this policy.
Revivo ("Provider", "we", "us") provides WhatsApp account recovery assistance to individuals as an independent consultant.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Denys Perepelenko, operating the Revivo service as an independent sole trader.

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to perform the recovery consultation. This includes:
We do NOT collect, and will never ask for:
Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6). We process your personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — we cannot deliver the consultation without your name, phone number, and email. Where we process limited data to defend against payment disputes or to comply with legal obligations, we rely on our legitimate interests and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
All data collected is used solely for:
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond your recovery case.
Part of our intake and communication is handled by an AI-powered assistant. When you message us, your messages are processed by an artificial-intelligence system to help diagnose your situation, prepare guidance, and draft your appeal text. A human remains responsible for your case, and you can request human assistance at any time. The AI system acts as a processor on our behalf (see Section 6).
Your case data — name, phone number, email, screenshots, and case communications — is retained for 60 days after your case is closed (whether resolved or terminated). This period covers any potential payment disputes or chargebacks.
After 60 days, this data is permanently deleted, except for the minimum transaction records (such as payment confirmation and invoice data) that we are legally required to retain for accounting and tax purposes, which are kept only for the period required by applicable law and used for no other purpose.
You may request deletion of your case data at any time before the 60-day period expires by contacting support@revivohelp.me.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data is shared only as follows:
(a) Meta / WhatsApp. Your name, phone number, and case details are used to prepare (i) the personalised appeal text that you submit yourself to WhatsApp, and (ii) our own supporting correspondence sent to Meta/WhatsApp Support in our capacity as an independent consultant. We do not act as your legal agent and do not submit requests in your name (see our Terms of Service, Section 2).
(b) Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf. To operate the Service we use trusted third-party providers who process personal data strictly under our instructions:
Some of these providers operate infrastructure located in the United States and other countries (see Section 11).
(c) Payment processors. Stripe, PayPal, Plisio (cryptocurrency), and Hotmart/Pix process payments independently as separate controllers. We share with them only what is required to process your transaction; we do not receive your card or banking details.
(d) Legal obligation. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or a competent regulatory authority.
All payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store, process, or have access to your card details, bank account numbers, or other financial credentials. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy:
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including restricted access and transmission over secured connections.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for the security of your own device and accounts.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand general website traffic. This analytics service collects only aggregated, anonymous statistics — such as the number of visits, the pages viewed, the general country of origin, and the source of traffic — without setting cookies, without storing your personal IP address, and without tracking or identifying individual users across visits.
We do not use:
Because this analytics does not identify you or store personal data on your device, it does not require cookie consent. Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as session management and security).
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@revivohelp.me. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are located in Brazil, you have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymise or delete your data, obtain information about with whom we share it, and withdraw consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting support@revivohelp.me, and you have the right to petition the national data protection authority (ANPD).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact support@revivohelp.me.
We are based in Europe, but some of our service providers (including our AI, hosting, database, and payment providers) operate infrastructure in the United States and other countries. This means your personal data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the providers' participation in recognised data-transfer frameworks.
Our Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at support@revivohelp.me and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at revivohelp.me/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
